Turnover checklist
A turnover checklist should protect the next check-in.
The useful checklist is the one that helps the next guest walk into a clean, stocked, ready home without the host chasing details at the last minute.

Before checkout
Confirm checkout time, next check-in, access, parking, house notes, supplies, linen plan, and any guest-reported issue.
During the reset
Bathrooms, beds, towels, kitchen, trash, floors, surfaces, and guest-facing supplies should be worked in a clear order.
Before arrival
Review photos or notes for low inventory, stains, damage, left items, odors, and whether the home is ready for check-in.
Before you book
The quote should answer the host questions first.
Timing
What are checkout and check-in times, and is the turnover window realistic?
Access
How will the cleaner enter, park, handle building rules, and reach supplies?
Linens
Are clean sets ready, where do used linens go, and is laundry part of the scope?
Proof
Do you want photos, supply notes, issue notes, or a ready-status handoff?
