Photo report
A photo report makes the clean easier to trust.
For hosts who are not on-site, photos can turn a vague 'done' into a clearer handoff. You can see rooms, supplies, beds, bathrooms, and visible issues before check-in.

What to request
Photos of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, towels, supplies, entry areas, and anything that looks different after the stay.
When it helps most
Remote hosting, new cleaners, high-value stays, same-day turnovers, or homes with frequent guest turnover.
What photos cannot solve
They do not replace realistic timing, enough supplies, or a clear scope, but they make the handoff much more visible.
Before you book
The quote should answer the host questions first.
Timing
What are checkout and check-in times, and is the turnover window realistic?
Access
How will the cleaner enter, park, handle building rules, and reach supplies?
Linens
Are clean sets ready, where do used linens go, and is laundry part of the scope?
Proof
Do you want photos, supply notes, issue notes, or a ready-status handoff?
